THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU!
In this 75 minute session, you will navigate through breath and core work, well balanced strength and resistance training, conditioning through all metabolic pathways, and complimentary accessory work. This is a safe and effective program for all levels.
Price includes all fitness classes held each month.
